DSL Availability is based on how far your DSL service location is from the CO (Central Office). If your DSL service location is further than 15,000 feet from the CO, you will not qualify for an ADSL or SDSL connection. If you have fiber or loop-coil on your phone line, you will not qualify for DSL If you are using a CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier), you will not qualify for DSL.
If a business cannot get DSL service, DSL Broker.com recommends looking into an Integrated T1 or fractional T1s.
Integrated T1 - Fractional T1 Integrated T1's or fractional T1's combine the telephone voice lines with the data and run them over a T1 class circuit. This will accomplish give a business a broadband option and bring that broadband or T1 to them cost-effectively. An integrated T1 will cost anywhere from $350 to $800 a month depending on the amount of local phone lines that are being bundled. In addition to the cost savings, an Integrated T1 connection is far superior to a DSL connection.
